US stock futures steady with China trade talks, Q3 earnings in focus
Zenta Group Company Limited (ZGM) completed its initial public offering of 1.5 million ordinary shares at $4.00 per share, raising $6 million in gross proceeds before underwriting fees and expenses, according to a company statement.
The Macau-based professional services provider began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on September 9, 2025. The company granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional shares at the offering price to cover over-allotments.
Zenta Group provides consultation services for industrial parks, business investment advice, and fintech products and services. The company was founded in 2019 and serves clients primarily from China’s Greater Bay Area through its operating entities in Macau, China.
The company plans to use the proceeds for business expansion in Macau, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, developing its fintech operations, brand development, team expansion, and general corporate purposes.
Cathay Securities, Inc. served as the representative of the underwriters for the offering, which was conducted on a firm commitment basis. Loeb & Loeb LLP acted as U.S. counsel to Zenta Group, while Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC represented Cathay Securities.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company’s Form F-1 registration statement effective on September 5, 2025. The registration statement was filed under file number 333-284140.
