  • Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMD) shares slumped after the chipmaker posted third quarter sales that missed analysts' estimates.
  • Twitter, Inc. (NYSE:TWTR) stock was marginally lower after a judge in the US state of Delaware approved Elon Musk's request to postpone a trial with the social media platform in order to give him more time to complete his proposed $44B purchase of the company.
  • DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ:DKNG) shares rose after Bloomberg and the Action Network reported the company is close to agreeing to a new, large partnership with Walt Disney's (NYSE:DIS) ESPN.
  • Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ:LYFT) shares moved into the red after RBC downgraded its rating of the ride-hailing firm to Sector Perform from Outperform.
  • Levi Strauss & Co. Class A (NYSE:LEVI) stock declined after the jeans maker slashed its annual profit guidance and reported lower-than-anticipated third quarter sales.
  • CVS Health Corp. (NYSE:CVS) shares dropped after the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services downgraded its rating of one of the pharmacy chain's Aetna Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) US-listed shares climbed after the bank unveiled an offer to repurchase $3B worth of its own debt in an effort to solidify investor confidence.
