Biography Kunihiko Sugio is a chief portfolio manager and the CIO of the Japanese Equity Value team. Mr. Sugio entered the fi nancial industry in 1977 and joined Invesco in 2010. He previously was with Morgan Stanley since 1993. Prior to joining that fi rm, Mr. Sugio was a director and a fund manager at Baring International Investment Management Company Limited, Tokyo. Prior to that, he worked for Okasan Securities Company Limited for 11 years in Tokyo, London and New York in Japanese equity research and institutional sales. Mr. Sugio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wakayama University.
