Biography	Mr. Hock is the founder & Chief Investment Officer of Altrinsic Global Advisors. Prior to founding Altrinsic in 2000, Mr. Hock was Sr. Vice President, portfolio manager, and member of the Investment Strategy Committee at Hansberger Global Investors. Before joining Hansberger in 1996, he was a vice president & sr. analyst in the Global Securities Research and Economics Group at Merrill Lynch, where his analysis focused on overseas equities. Mr. Hock received a BS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Mr. Chaudhri is a principal of Altrinsic Global Advisors with primary research responsibility for companies in the industrials and materials sectors. Prior to joining Altrinsic, Mr. Chaudhri was a senior vice president and portfolio manager for Lazard Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing its international diversified and select funds. His previous investment experience includes five years on Brandywine Asset Management’s global and international funds as a managing director as well as a Hong Kong-based telecommunications research analyst role for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Chaudhri began his career as a management consultant and worked for Booz, Allen & Hamilton. A graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Mr. Chaudhri received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
