Biography Celina Apóstolo Merrill, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager and the Head of Emerging Markets Corporate Debt at BlackRock. Ms. Merrill manages and oversees the allocation of EM Corporate Credit investments for for PMG. Ms. Merrill is responsible for portfolio construction, security selection, fundamental research and credit underwriting, as well as risk management of the team's investments. Ms. Merrill also manages the ESG assessment, investment process and integration for the portfolios. This includes active engagement with corporate and sovereign issuers in EM, in conjunction with the Investment Stewardship Team (BIS). Prior to joining Blackrock in 2018, Ms. Merrill was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where she was responsible for High Yield Corporate investment across EM as well as fundamental research of Latin American corporates. Her expertise includes deep-dive fundamental analysis across the credit spectrum, relative value analysis in liquid markets, and active creditor participation in restructurings . She began her career in Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., followed by Distressed investing in Latin America and the United States at TPG Credit Management and Credit Suisse Securities. Ms. Merrill received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in International Relations from Yale University and her M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the advisory boards for Win, largest provider of family shelter and supportive housing in New York City. Ms. Merrill is originally from El Salvador and is a native Spanish Speaker.

Biography Amer Bisat, PhD., Managing Director, is Head of Emerging Markets (EM) Fixed Income and a member of the Fundamental-GFI Executive Committee. In this role, he oversees the team managing the firm's EM portfolios across hard currency, local and corporate debt instruments. Mr. Bisat's service with the firm dates back to 2013. Prior to BlackRock, he was a partner in two macro hedge funds (Traxis and Rubicon) and held portfolio management responsibilities at Morgan Stanley and UBS. Between 1991 and 1998, he was a senior economist at the International Monetary Fund where he helped negotiate high profile programs with Russia, Ukraine and Egypt. Mr. Bisat taught graduate level economics courses at Columbia University, co-authored a book on globalization, and academic and policy papers on growth and financial sector development. He is a trustee of a number of cultural and art institutions, sits on the Advisory Council of the Carnegie Middle East Center and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Bisat earned a BA in economics from the American University of Beirut and a PhD. in economics and finance from Columbia University.

Prior to joining BlackRock in June 2012, Jane was a portfolio manager/credit analyst for the Emerging Markets Debt team at Fischer Francis Trees and Watts - FFTW (wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas) for three years where she was responsible for generating alpha ideas related to emerging markets credit. Prior to the merger between BNP Paribas and Fortis, Jane was an emerging markets debt credit analyst for Fortis Investments for three years, with responsibility for corporate bond analysis. She began her career as a research associate in Nottingham University Business School in 2005. Jane earned a PhD in Economics and an MSc in International Money and Banking from University of Birmingham in the UK. Jane is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Jack Deino, CFA is the Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income at Invesco. In this role, he is responsible for portfolio management for emerging market debt across corporate and government bonds. In addition, he is responsible for emerging market credit research on a global basis for Invesco. He joined Invesco in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience trading, analyzing, and investing throughout the capital structure of emerging markets companies. He earned a BA degree in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin and is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Biography Sergio Trigo Paz, Managing Director, is Head of BlackRock's Emerging Markets Fixed Income. Prior to Joining BlackRock in 2012, he was CIO of Emerging Market Fixed Income at BNP Paribas Investment Partners. From 2004 to 2008, he managed a special situations and event driven EM hedge fund and was also responsible for total and absolute return EM strategies at Fortis Investments. In his early career from 1993 to 2004 he developed extensive experience in emerging markets debt as a proprietary and distressed trader and as a market maker. Sergio graduated with an MSc in Economics, an MSc in Finance and an MPhil in Management from Paris Sorbonne University in 1993.

Biography Mr. Kelly has been a Senior Vice President of OppenheimerFunds, Inc. since January 2016 and a Portfolio Manager of the firm and Co-Head of the Global Debt Team since March 2015. He was a Vice President of the firm from March 2015 through January 2016. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds, Mr. Kelly was at BlackRock Inc., where he was Deputy Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income from June 2012 to January 2015. Mr. Kelly was also a portfolio manager and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Emerging Markets at Fisher Francis Trees and Watts, a BNP Paribas Investment Partner, from February 2008 to April 2012. Chris holds a B.A. from Macalester College and a Masters in international affairs from Columbia University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
