He also manages discretionary and advisory portfolios for individual and institutional accounts. Prior to joining Tocqueville Mr. Zock spent 24 years with Capital Management Associates where he served as President, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of the firm. Mr. Zock holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of New Hampshire, a J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a CIS from the University of London, Kings College School of Law.

Biography	Koontz is a portfolio manager at Bank of New York working since 2004. Prior to joining BNY, Koontz was a managing director and head of the large cap growth strategy with Weiss, Peck & Greer from 2000 to 2003. Before joining WPG, Koontz was managing director and partner at Capital Management Associates from 1992 to 2000, and a senior portfolio manager and analyst with Smith Barney Capital Management since 1987. From 1976 until 1987, Koontz was with Scudder, Stevens & Clark.
