Biography	Michael’s primary responsibility is to act as a Fund Manager and Research Analyst in respect of the portfolio’s managed at Cratos Asset Management. Michael is a founding member of St John Capital and also serves as a Director of Cratos Asset Management. He has 10 years of corporate finance and investment advisory experience. Prior to establishing St John Capital and joining Cratos Asset Management, Michael worked for Deloitte Corporate Finance in the Merger & Acquisition and Debt Advisory team from 2007 to 2013 as well as working for Ballard Campbell & Partners, a UK based Corporate Finance boutique from 2003 to 2006. During his time as a Transaction Adviser he gained experience across various corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, capital raising, leveraged finance, BEE equity transactions and private equity transactions. Michael qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 2003 and is a CFA Charter holder.
