Biography	Paul Chong joined Eastspring Investments, the Asian asset management business of Prudential plc, as Portfolio Manager, in January 2014. Prior to joining Eastspring Investments, Paul was an Investment Analyst at Fidelity International in Hong Kong focusing on fundamental research in the Asia ex Japan region. Biography	John Tsai joined Eastspring in October 2016. He is part of the Equity team and is the Team Leader of the Greater China Equity focus team. He also graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute with an MBA from the Wharton School and a Master of Arts degree from the School of Arts and Sciences.

Biography	Based in Hong Kong, Xiao Li is a Portfolio Manager within the Equity team at Eastspring Investments. Xiao joined Eastspring Investments in 2010. Xiao is the lead manager for Hong Kong, Greater China and China equity strategies. Previously, Xiao worked with Macquarie Group as a materials analyst in Hong Kong. He was with CLSA in a similar role and commenced his career with BHP Billiton in China. In all, Xiao has over 10 years of investment experience in China. Xiao holds a Masters degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He also has a Bachelors degree from Nankai University in China.
