He also was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank. He has been in the financial industry since 2006. Biography	Matt Conti is a portfolio manager at FMR Co. In this role, Mr. Conti manages Fidelity Advisor High Income Fund, VIP High Income Portfolio, Fidelity Focused High Income Fund, and Fidelity and Fidelity Advisor Short Duration High Income Fund, and FIAM High Yield Bond Discipline. Mr. Conti has been in the investments industry since joining Fidelity in 1995. Mr. Conti earned his BS degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, his MS degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and his MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
