Biography	César Hernández is a portfolio manager at Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM). He has been in the investments industry since 1986. Mr. Hernández earned his bachelor of science degree from the Universidad Simón Bolívar and his master of business administration degree from Babson College. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
