Prior to joining AI, he began his career as an analyst for the University of Tulsa’s $4 million Student Investment Fund. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Finance from the University of Tulsa. Biography	Paula has over 14 years of international experience including managing global equities for both institutional and retail clients, and was recently responsible for overseeing and implementing Aviva Investors global equities strategy. Paula joined Aviva Investors in 2002. She previously worked as Director of US Equities at Deutsche Asset Management.
