Posteriormente, no Banco Citibank, atuou em várias atividades e em diferentes países, entre elas: Corporate Treasury em Londres, Strategic Planning Group, em Miami e Business Planning & Analysis para o Corporate & Investment Bank, em São Paulo. Ainda no Banco Citibank, Guilherme desempenhou a função de Superintendente Adjunto de Investimentos dentro do Private Bank. Em 2011, iniciou na área Comercial do Private Bank do Banco J.P. Morgan. Desligou-se do Banco J.P. Morgan no final de 2012 para fundar a Greenwich Investimentos.
