Biography	Roelof is is the portfolio manager on the Investec Africa strategy and is responsible for the investment related work in our Botswana and Namibia offices. Roelof was also head of life products at Investec from 2002 to 2007. He joined Investec in Feb-96 and was involved in equity analysis and portfolio management before becoming head of research and the financial services sector. Prior to Investec, Roelof was CFO of First Derivatives. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialised in financial institutions, and was made partner in 1993.
