Biography	Brent Bottamini has served as an equity research analyst in Fidelity's Latin America Research Team since 2003, and most recently has been following the Latin American beverage, cement and construction, consumer products, homebuilding, media, retail, and utilities industries. He joined Fidelity's High-Income Division in 1998, and subsequently followed the building materials, consumer products, food and beverage, and publishing industries.

Mr. Kutas received a BA in honours economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1992, and is a CFA charterholder.

Biography	Ms. Reynolds is the principle of Westwood Global Investments LLC. Ms. Reynolds has 15 years of broad investment experience at Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments in Boston, MA. From July 1, 2001, until January 6, 2003, Meg was the portfolio manager of the Fidelity Latin America Fund. Prior to that, she held various analyst and associate portfolio assignments covering US, Canadian and Latin American investments. She began her investment career as a domestic fixed income analyst at Putnam before becoming an analyst in the international equity group.
