At Morgan Stanley Davide worked with in both the Private Wealth and Investment Management divisions, and most recently held the Head of Convertible Bonds position. Davide graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Material Science Engineering.

Biography	Randol, Vice President, who joined Morgan Stanley in 1998, manages the firm's Global Convertible Funds. He was a member of the award-winning international convertible bond research team. Prior to, he worked as an associate in mergers & acquisitions and private equity for GFB Capital Partners, NY. Randol has a BA in Economics and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
