Biography	Ms. Steimel joined PineBridge in 1998 and is responsible for managing the investment activities of Latin American equity portfolios. She is also the lead Portfolio Manager of the Global Emerging Markets strategy. Her previous experience includes business development in a local investment bank, IM Trust, and three years as assistant to the US Executive Director of the Inter-American Development Bank, in addition to nine years experience in international finance for the US Treasury Department. Her postings included key positions in the Group of Seven in Washington, DC and in the Embassy in London. She also served as a legislative assistant in the US Senate and House of Representatives. Ms. Steimel received a BA from the College of William and Mary, an MA in Latin American Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Catholic University of Chile. She serves on the Dean's Advisory Board to the Catholic University of Chile.

Biography	Rafael is the portfolio manager of the Investec Latin American Equity Fund at Compass Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Rafael spent five years at Pinebridge as research analyst, lead portfolio manager of the Latin American Large Cap and co-portfolio manager of the Latin American Small Cap strategies. Rafael started his career at Moneda Asset Management on 2002, between 2004 and 2009 he was Director of Equity Research and portfolio manager of Chile Small Cap at Bice Inversiones. Rafael holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
