Biography	Mr. Botto has over 20 years banking and investment experience in Latin America. Since 1990, Mr. Botto has been the partner in charge of international and domestic asset management for Queluz Asset Management. From 1988 to 1990 he was the manager in charge of special transactions for Metrobanco Banco de Investimento S.A. and structured the more elaborate corporate finance deals. Mr. Botto was the Exchange Manager at Banco Iochpe S.A. from 1987-1988 where he was in charge of all of the bank’s exchange transactions in Rio de Janeiro. At that time Banco Iochpe was a joint venture between Bankers Trust Company and the Iochpe Group. Mr. Botto began his career at Bank of Montreal. From 1981 to 1987 he successfully held the following positions: Treasury Trainee, Credit Analyst, Junior Account Officer, and Senior Account Officer. During this period Mr. Botto spent one year in San Francisco, 1983-1984, as a trainee in credit at Wells Fargo and as a trainee in foreign exchange at Swiss Bank Corporation. Mr. Botto received a B.A. degree in Economics in 1988 from Faculdade C.ndido Mendes. He has been a member of the Planning Committee of the Forex Club since 1994.
