Biography | Jenny Jones is the Head of US Small and SMID Cap Equities at Schroders, which involves managing the US Small and SMID Cap Equities portfolios and leading the investment team. She joined Schroders in 2002 and is based in New York. Jenny joined Schroders in 2002 as Head of US Small Cap Equity and since joining, has built a strong team of six analysts who are solely dedicated to the Small and Smid Cap Strategies. She was the Manager of Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 1996 to 2002, which involved managing the Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund and later the Small & Mid Cap Strategy from inception. She was the Head of the Small Cap Value Department at Oppenheimer Capital, L.P from 1990 to 1996. She was a Portfolio Manager at Mutual of America Life Insurance Co from 1983 to 1990, it was in this role where Jenny was first given the opportunity to manage small cap assets and she remains focused on this area today.
