Biography John Harnisch, CFA, joined Shelton Capital Management in 2016 and is a Portfolio Manager on the Shelton Tactical Credit Fund. John earned a BA in Economics from Trinity College in 2002 and earned the CFA charter in 2006. He is currently a member of the Hartford CFA Society and the CFA Institute.

Biography Browne joined CCM Partners in October 2004. Other past positions include Portfolio Manager at Mentor Investment Group (now Wachovia), Vice President at NationsBank (now Bank of America), and Financial Analyst at Prudential Insurance Company’s Securities Lending unit. Mr. Kaplan holds a BS in Finance from Rutgers University in New Jersey and an MBA in Finance from The Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Biography McClanahan is director of investments with CCM Partners, his employer since 1985.
