Biography Nigel McKenzie has over 20 years of financial services industry experience across banking, asset management and life assurance, the last 12 of which was as a financial service buy side analyst and fund manager. Nigel joinged Stanlib in January 1999, where he sat on both the South Africa and Africa credit committees and had overall fund management responsibility for the financial sector and unit trust and life-company sector neutral portfolios. Nigel was the Head of Financials until March 2008, when he was appointed Head of Research, a position he held until his resignation in March 2010. Nigel's independent investment research focuses specifically on the South African and African financial services industry.
