Biography	Mary J. Miller is director of the Fixed Income Division of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., a member of the firm’s Management Committee, and chairperson of the Fixed Income Steering Committee. Since assuming her present position in April 2004, she has overseen the portfolio strategy, research, and trading functions for all fixed-income portfolios. She also has key investment management responsibilities, serving on the Investment Advisory Committees for a number of fixed-income mutual funds and institutional portfolio strategies, including the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee. Ms. Miller has spent her entire 25-year investment career at T. Rowe Price. She started at the firm in 1983 as a municipal credit analyst, becoming a municipal portfolio manager in 1988 and progressing to manager of the Municipal Bond Department in 1996. She was promoted to assistant director of the Fixed Income Division in 2001, overseeing investment-grade portfolio management. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Ms. Miller was a research associate for the Urban Institute of Washington. Ms. Miller earned a B.A. in government from Cornell University and a Master in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has earned her Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation.

Biography	Reynolds joined T. Rowe Price Associates in 1981. He is currently director in charge of the firm's fixed-income division. Previously, he spent three years as assistant treasurer with the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank, two years as senior financial consultant with Control Data Corporation, and two years as an analyst with First National Bank of Washington. Reynolds is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, a Chartered Investment Counselor
