LONDON, Dec 14 (Reuters) - Spot activity was muted on Monday
and the outage at Exxon Mobil's Qua Iboe terminal did not boost
the market with attention turned to new tenders.
* Three Angolan cargoes were still on offer: CLOV at around
dated Brent plus $1.70 barrel, Kissanje at about $1.50 and
Saturno for around plus 50 cents.
* Indian Oil Corp issued two tenders for west African crude
loading Jan. 29 to Feb. 7 and Feb. 13-22. Both tenders close on
Dec. 17.
* Uruguay's ANCAP issued a buy tender for 1 million barrel
crude cargo for Feb. 10-14 delivery. The tender closes Dec. 15.
* Indonesia's Pertamina closed a buy tender for February
arrival cargoes on Friday, but details did not immediately
emerge.
* Rongsheng Petrochemical, the trading arm of Chinese
private refiner Zhejiang Petrochemical, issued a buy tender.
* Two workers were injured in a fire at Nigeria's Qua Iboe
crude oil export terminal, a spokesman for operator ExxonMobil
said on Sunday. * OPEC+ has postponed meetings of its Joint Technical
Committee and Ministerial Monitoring Committee until Jan. 3 and
4, OPEC said in a statement on Monday.
