LAGOS, Aug 27 (Reuters) - The Nigerian central bank plans to
restart dollar sales to retail currency bureaus on Aug. 31,
according to a circular, ahead of resumption of international
flights
The bank suspended foreign exchange sales to retail users in
March just before a coronavirus-induced lockdown, to help
protect the naira after a devaluation triggered by sharp fall in
the price of oil, its main export.
