ABUJA, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Nigeria's President Muhammadu
Buhari signed into law a 13.6 trillion naira ($36 billion)
budget for 2021 on Thursday.
Parliament last week passed the budget, which includes
bigger spending plans than in 2020 to help the West African
country tackle a recession brought on by a crash in the price of
oil, its main export, after the new coronavirus pandemic
triggered lockdowns and inflation.
