Biography	Richard E. Lane currently serves as a Portfolio Manager, President and a Member of Broadview Advisors LLC, which he founded in 2001. He founded Broadview in May 2001. From 1994 to 2001 he was an analyst and portfolio manager at Fiduciary Management, Inc. From 1989 to 1994 he was Vice President, Research at Cleary, Gull, Reiland and McDevitt. Lane participated in the Applied Securities Program in Madison. He is a member of the Milwaukee Investment Analyst Society.

Biography	Richard J. Whiting has been with Broadview Advisors, LLC since 2001 and currently serves as a Portfolio Manager, Manager of the Trading Department and a Member. Mr. Whiting has worked in the financial services industry since 1982. Mr. Whiting has a BA in Economics from Lawrence University.

Biography	Primack is vice president of Broadview Advisors LLC and one of its cofounders. From May 1998 to May 2001 Mr. Primack was a security analyst at Fiduciary Management Inc. He was a security analyst at Cleary, Gull, Reiland and McDevitt from May 1996 to 1998.

Biography	Wilson joined Fiduciary Management in 1980 and currently serves as partner and president. Previously, he was a vice president at Nicholas Company for eight years and a commercial loan officer with Northern Trust Company for five years. A growth investor, Wilson emphasizes fundamentals in his bottom-up approach. Wilson is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the Milwaukee Investment Analysts Society. Born February 17, 1943 in Watseka, Illinois, he enjoys tennis, golf, and soccer.
