Biography	Christopher Mann, B Eng, MBA, CFA, is a managing director and portfolio manager with the Fundamental Equity Team for Manulife Investment Management, responsible for covering several sectors in both Canada and the United States for its dividend & income strategies. Biography	Ms. Perreault shares responsibility for the Desjardins Canadian Equity Income Fund. Ms. Perreault is equally responsible for the analysis and management of securities in the consumer staples, real estate, public services and health care sectors. She also manages different mandates pertaining to sustainable investments. Before joining the Portfolio Manager in 2016, she worked for Desjardins Securities Inc. as, among other things, a portfolio manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the investment sector. Ms. Perreault holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke.

Biography	Mr. Lampard joined the equity team at Lincluden in 2003 as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He is also a co-chair of the Asset Mix Committee. Jim started his career as a value investor at OMERS in 1987 as a senior equity analyst. He became a portfolio manager in 1989. That was followed by a portfolio management role at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Prior to joining Lincluden, Jim was a Vice-President and Partner at Beutel Goodman where he was a portfolio manager and member of the Canadian equity team.
