Previously, Mr. Santoro served as an equity analyst for Rockefeller & Company, concentrating on the global consumer sector, including media, food and beverage and retail companies. Biography Colin Moore has been a portfolio manager and the head of active equity for Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC since 2002. Mr. Moore also serves as co-manager for Nations Strategic Growth Fund. Mr. Moore may also manage other investment products for both BACAP and Columbia Management. Prior to joining Columbia Management, Mr. Moore was chief investment officer of global/international value equities, portfolio manager, and associate director of research at Putnam Investments from 2000 to 2001. While serving in this role, he personally managed $3 billion, in addition to 29 analysts and five portfolio managers. Prior to joining Putnam in 2000, Mr. Moore was director of research and chief investment officer for Rockefeller & Co. in New York and London from 1991 to 1999. Biography Brian Condon is the head of quantitative strategies for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Condon is also the portfolio manager for the enhanced core and disciplined equity strategies and the lead manager for the firm’s research market neutral product. In addition, he oversees the quantitative research group, responsible for developing and implementing quantitative stock selection models used throughout the firm’s equity products. The quantitative research group also supports portfolio construction and risk budgeting. Prior to these roles, Mr. Condon was a portfolio manager and head of quantitative research since 2003, as well as a senior quantitative analyst on the structured equity and value teams. Condon joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 1999. Previously, Mr. Condon worked as a portfolio manager and quantitative research analyst at INVESCO Management & Research. Mr. Condon has been a member of the investment community since 1993. Mr. Wilson began his career as a quantitative analyst and foreign exchange trader at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. After a two-year period with Phoenix Investment Council as an international equity analyst, he joined Rockefeller & Co. as an international equity analyst and subsequently made managing director, where his responsibilities included director of research and portfolio manager. Before joining LR Global, he was a senior portfolio manager at Columbia Management Group managing several billion dollars in assets under management. These positions, and the over 1,000 companies visited during his career prior to LR Global, prepared him for the diversity of Frontier Markets and provided a deep understanding of both quantitative and fundamental analytical disciplines. During his past 24 years working in the investment industry, Mr. Wilson managed a diverse set of portfolios including Japanese Small Capitalization, U.S. Large Capitalization, International and Shariah-compliant funds. Mr. Wilson is deeply familiar with financial market bubbles and downturns. He managed a Japanese portfolio after the Japanese bubble in the early 1990s, an international portfolio during the currency crisis of the late 1990s, a U.S. portfolio during the information technology bubble of the early 200s, and a Frontier Markets portfolio during the financial crisis of 2008.
