Biography Michael Schmid (MSc, CEFA), Managing Director, is Head of Swiss Fixed Income, a member of the Fixed Income Investment Committee, and Deputy Chairman of the Global Credit Strategy Group. Prior to joining Credit Suisse Asset Management in 1998, he worked as an auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Zurich for three years. As a Credit Suisse Portfolio Manager, Michael first was responsible for European high-yield bond portfolios, and, since 2005, has been managing crossover and investment-grade credit portfolios in various currencies. He graduated from the University of Zurich, specializing in Banking and Finance, and is an EFFAS Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Biography Roger Wyss (BA, CFA), Director, is a senior portfolio manager for Global Corporate and Contingent Capital portfolios, as well as a member of the Global Credit Strategy Group and the Swiss Fixed Income Investment Decision Committee. Before joining Credit Suisse Asset Management in April 2006, he was a relationship manager for structured loans at Cantonal Bank of Zurich (ZKB), where he started in 1990, taking on a number of roles within corporate banking, including in structured finance, credit analysis and relationship management. Roger studied Business Administration at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Winterthur. He holds an executive master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ, and is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Mr Senn is a member of CSAM's investment decision commitee and responsible for evaluating the investment policy and the implementation thereof. He started his career at Swiss Volksbank in 1974 and joined CSAM in 1995 (SKA 1979). Mr Senn’s experience covers e.g. investment advising, management of US and Canadian portfolios with responsibility for the North American market, management of balanced portfolios and responsibility for CHF interest rate and currency strategy.
