Biography | Karl-Heinz Heuss is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse Asset Management. Mr. Heinz Heuss joined CSAM Germany in May 1998 as Head of Real Estate. In particular, he is responsible to manage and to run the open-ended real estate fund CS EUROREAL with its investments in Germany and Europe (acquisition, purchase, sale, real estate management and development, marketing activities). Prior to CSAM, Mr. Heuss worked from 1989 to 1998 for the real estate arm of BfG Bank AG (today SEB AG) as a Director, where he built up an open-ended real estate fund, being responsible for purchase, real estate management and marketing during nine years. His remarkable track record in managing real estate dates back to 1981 as he started to manage closed-end real estate funds. Mr. Heinz Heuss received his degree in Economics from the University of Mainz in 1980. |
