He has been a member, Investment Committee Member and Portfolio Manager of Cutler Investment Counsel and its affiliates since 2003 and President of Cutler Investment Counsel since 2004.

Biography	Cutler has been chair of Cutler & Company since he founded the company in 1977. Previously, he spent nine years as a member of the investment committee and chair of California Fund Management Company. Cutler began work in the investment field in 1945. Cutler was born March 5, 1920 in Tacoma, Washington. Emeritus since July 2005.

Biography	Kijesky is a portfolio manager with Cutler & Company. He joined the firm in June 1998 as a senior equity analyst. Previously, he was a financial analyst in the industrial gases and chemical division of Air Products and Chemicals from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, he was a chemical engineer for the Rohm and Haas Company from 1992 to 1996. Kijesky is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography	Lamberti is a portfolio manager with Cutler & Company, his employer since April 1998. Previously, he was a senior analyst for Valuation Research Corporation from 1997 to April 1998. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, he was a senior financial analyst in the emulsion polymers division of Air Products and Chemicals. From 1993 to 1995, he was an economic analyst and treasury analyst for the Rohm and Haas Company. Lamberti is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
