Biography Mr. Burton joined the firm in 2004 and is a Portfolio Manager on PineBridge Investments’ Leveraged Finance team, where he is responsible for managing both high yield bond and leveraged loan portfolios. Prior to that, he was an investment banking analyst with CIBC World Markets and an investment analyst with Linden Advisors. Mr. Burton received a BA with a concentration in History from Harvard College in 2000 and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 2004. John Yovanovic Senior Research Analyst 2017 Now
Biography Mr. Yovanovic joined the firm in 2000 and is Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at PineBridge Investments. He is responsible for co-managing the Leveraged Finance Group and overseeing high yield portfolio management. Mr. Yovanovic became Portfolio Manager of High Yield for the firm in 2005. Prior to that, he held positions as a senior research analyst and as head of AIG's high yield trading desk; while in investment research, he served as the energy/utilities group head. Previously, Mr. Yovanovic was a senior research analyst and trader at Mentor Investment Advisors, a division of Wachovia Corporation. Mr. Yovanovic started his career in equity research at VanKampen Funds, where he subsequently moved into high yield research and trading. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is a CFA charterholder.
Peter Duffy - 2006 2018
Biography Mr. Duffy is Director of Investments at Radcliffe. He assists in leading the research and portfolio management process, and also engages in idea generation, fundamental due diligence and credit analysis. He joined Radcliffe in 2023 from Penn Capital Management where he was responsible for guiding the firm's $1 billion in credit strategies as Chief Investment Officer for Credit and Senior Partner. At Penn Capital for sixteen years, Mr. Duffy managed the credit team and served as the lead portfolio manager for all of its credit strategies, including short duration high yield, opportunistic credit, and leveraged loans. Before Penn Capital, he worked at Deutsche Asset Management for six years, where he was a Director and Sector Specialist on the firm’s $4 billion High Yield team, which also invested in loans and convertible bonds. Mr. Duffy worked previously for GE Capital as a Manager of Finance for business development and M&A and began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Management Consultant. He received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, with a major in Finance from Villanova University in 1994 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Mr. Duffy is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, the Bond Club of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Council for Business Economics.

Biography Hocker, Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer, serves as the chief investment officer of Penn Capital Management Company. Previously, he was a Partner with Delaware Investment Advisors (1977-1987), and also founded Covenant Bank, which was acquired by Wachovia Corporation. Mr. Hocker received his B.S. and M.B.A. from the Kogod School of Business, American University
J. Paulo Silva Portfolio Manager 2005 2009
Biography Mr. Silva began his career with Penn Capital in 2002 as a research analyst focused on technology and industrial companies. Today, he serves as the portfolio manager for Penn Capital’s Micro Cap and Small Cap Value equity straties. As a member of the Equity Strategy Committee, Mr. Silva works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee which drives overall strategy and management of the firm. In addition, Mr. Silva has focused on several distressed debt situations, successfully completing a reorganization through serving on the official committee of creditors. Beyond Penn Capital, Mr. Silva serves on the Investment Committee of the Valley Forge Military Academy. He received a BS in Civil Engineering summa cum laude from Tufts University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
