| Biography | Mr. Duffy is Director of Investments at Radcliffe. He assists in leading the research and portfolio management process, and also engages in idea generation, fundamental due diligence and credit analysis. He joined Radcliffe in 2023 from Penn Capital Management where he was responsible for guiding the firm's $1 billion in credit strategies as Chief Investment Officer for Credit and Senior Partner. At Penn Capital for sixteen years, Mr. Duffy managed the credit team and served as the lead portfolio manager for all of its credit strategies, including short duration high yield, opportunistic credit, and leveraged loans.
