He has close to five decades of investment experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. Mr. Goodman has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In 1997, he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia University.

Biography	John Hadwen, Vice-President, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Manager. He joined the investment management industry in 1993 in customer service at Mackenzie Financial.
