Biography	Matt is Co-Fund Manager of all active European equity funds managed in Aviva Investors’ London office and lead analyst for the European healthcare sector. Matt joined Aviva Investors in late 2016 as a graduate intern for the Global Executive Committee, before moving to the Equities team in summer 2017. Prior to joining AI, he began his career as an analyst for the University of Tulsa’s $4 million Student Investment Fund. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Finance from the University of Tulsa. Biography	Ed is the fund manager of Aviva Investors’ European Equity Income funds. His responsibilities include supporting the day to day running of all other European Equity funds run out of our London office. Ed’s specialism is in the Support Services sector. Ed progressed to his current role in 2015 after working as the assistant fund manager for European Equities, and was initially hired as a support services equity analyst for the European and UK Equity team. Ed began his career with Lloyds Banking Group, initially joining the Business Specialist Scheme with various roles in corporate lending, strategy and risk management in the Wholesale Banking division, and then moving to the Business Support Unit Investments team, initially in the Portfolio team but later moving to a combined transaction and portfolio role. Ed holds a BA (Hons) in Finance Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, and an Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking. He has also passed Level 1 of the IMC and is a CFA® charterholder.

Biography	Frédéric s responsible for the fund management of our European Equity and European Equity Income portfolios. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Frédéric worked as a European equity fund manager for SMA Gestion and has previously held roles as an equity fund manager with Pastel & Associés and Société Générale Asset Management. He began his career as an auditor working at Arthur Andersen. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Panthéon Assas University and the SFAF designation from the French Society of Financial Analysts.
