Biography	Thomas J. Mitchell, CFA, is a Vice President of Cavanal Hill Investment Management, Inc. He previously joined Federated in 1992. He has been a portfolio manager for separate accounts since December 2003. In January 2002 he was named Vice President/Senior Investment Analyst. Mitchell served as senior investment analyst and assistant vice president from 1999 to 2002. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
