Mr. O’Neill received a BA in economics in 1991, graduating summa cum laude, and a master's degree in economics in 1993, from Trinity College Dublin. He received an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management in 1995.

Biography	MacDonald is a vice president and portfolio manager with Fidelity. Since joining the firm in 1985 he has worked as a research analyst and a manager.
