A disciplined investor, Hollingsworth believes it is extremely difficult to forecast interest rates; it is easier to add value by adjusting a bond portfolio's sector weightings and yield-curve exposure.

Biography	Ford O’Neil is a portfolio manager at FMRCo. In this role, Mr. O’Neil manages various retail and institutional taxable bond funds/portfolios. His responsibilities include managing multiple Fidelity and Fidelity Advisor funds and various institutional comingled pools. Prior to assuming his current role, he worked as an analyst focusing on the utility sector from 1990 to 1992. Mr. O’Neil joined Fidelity in 1990 and has been in the investments industry since 1985. He earned his bachelor of arts degree from Harvard College and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Biography	Silvia is a portfolio manager with Fidelity Investments, his employer since 1993. Previously, he pent three years as a quantitative analyst for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and two years as a trader for LF Rothschild. Silvia is a board member of the National Neurofibromatosis Foundation - Massachusetts Chapter and a trustee of the University of Rhode Island Foundation.

Biography	Thompson is lead manager of Advisor Municipal Income fund, which she has managed since July 1998. Thompson also manages other Fidelity funds. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 1985, she has worked as an analyst and manager. Previously, she worked as an equity research analyst intern at Lord Abbett & Company during the summer of 1984. From 1980 to 1983, she served as an analyst and client service consultant with Associates for International Research.
