Callesen joined Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning in 2020.

Han har tidligere jobbet som megler / meglersjef i Fellesbanken i perioden 1972-1979, og aksje- og obligasjonsmegler i Fondsfinans ASA i perioden 1979-2012. Halvorsen begynte i selskapet i 2012.

Høyerholt har over 17 års erfaring fra finansmarkedene, og har tidligere vært leder for kredittanalyseavdelingen i NBIM (oljefondet), jobbet med analyse og tilrettelegging av obligasjoner i blant andre Arctic Securities og ABG Sundal Collier. Høyerholt begynte i selskapet i august 2015.
