He was deputy manager of the M&G Recovery strategy from 2002 until 2008, and managed the Prudential Pooled Pensions Smaller Companies strategy between 2003 and 2008. Garfield was manager of the M&G UK Growth strategy between 2007 and 2012. He became deputy manager of the UK Select strategy in 2012, when the two strategies merged. Garfield graduated from the University of Liverpool with a first class honours degree in economics in 1996 and is a CFA charterholder.

Biography Simon joined the Prudential in 1997. Two years later, he became a member of the UK equity small company team. Simon took over management of his first funds in April 2000 and added the M&G Smaller Companies Fund a year later. Prior to M&G, Simon worked at a number of financial institutions in areas such as corporate finance and derivatives. (Internships at JP Morgan and the Saudi International Bank). Simon studied economics at Durham University. He is a chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Biography Neil joined Cazenove in August 2004 from Insight Investment where he managed the AA-rated (Forsyth/OBSR) Insight UK Dynamic Fund which was number 1 rated on its first anniversary to 13.01.04. . He is a senior member of the pan European equity team. He worked with M&G for 16 years and was in charge for the AA-rated M&G British Opportunities Fund and head of the smaller companies team. He is a Director of Cazenove Capital and has 22 years of investment experience.
