Biography	Lukas joined the QEP Investment Team in 2017. Biography	David joined Schroders in London in 1996 as an economist before moving to the QEP team in 1999 helping to build the team’s stock selection models. David left Schroders between 2001 and 2003 to run a hedge fund at Quaestor Investment Management. He then migrated to Australia where he re-joined Schroders in 2004 as Head of QEP Research. His investment career commenced at the Bank of England in 1990 as an Econometrician. David holds a BSc (first class) and an MSc (distinction) in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Biography	Stephen joined Schroders in 2003 as a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager and has played a critical role in all parts of the QEP investment process since this time. In 2019, in addition to his Portfolio management responsibilities he became QEP Co-Head of Research with main focus on researching enhancements to the QEP investment process. Stephen’s investment career commenced at Quaestor Investment Management in 1999, where he was as a senior research manager and portfolio manager of a Japanese market-neutral fund.

Biography	Justin joined Schroders in 1996, was a founding member of the QEP team and led the development of the team and product range. He is the lead fund manager on all of the team’s global equity strategies. Justin’s investment career commenced in 1993, at quantitative asset manager Pareto Partners, where he developed currency, bond and equity strategies. He holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Reading and an MSc (distinction) in Econometrics from London Metropolitan University.

Biography	Mr. Woodbridge joined Schroders in February 2020 as a senior portfolio manager and member of the QEP management team. Prior to this, Mr. Woodbridge spent, in total, seven years with Marble Bar Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Research and five years with CQS as a Portfolio Manager. Mr. Woodbridge’s investment career commenced in 2000 as an equity research analyst at UBS before moving to Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in equity sales in 2005. He holds a BA (Hons) in Modern History from Somerville College, Oxford University.

Biography	Michael joined Schroders in 2008 and in 2014 moved to New York from Sydney. He focuses on researching both Value and Quality strategies and implementing research ideas into the investment process. His investment career started in 2004 while holding a teaching and research position at the University of Sydney. Michael holds a BSc in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Finance & Economics from the University of Sydney, and a PhD in Finance from the University of Queensland.

Ayse holds a BA (first class) in Philosophy and an MA in Metaphysics from the University of Nottingham.

Biography	James Larkman – Portfolio Manager James joined Schroders in 2004 and is a portfolio manager. He is also responsible for ensuring effective implementation of investment strategies across client portfolios, which encompasses currency management, monitoring fund dispersion and efficient execution of trades. James holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the ICMA Centre at Reading University.
