He has extensive research experience in the cable/satellite, gaming, hotels, restaurants, printing/publishing, telecom, REIT, lodging and distressed sectors. Phil’s investment experience began in 1995 spending three years as a securities lawyer at Cahill Gordon and Shearman & Sterling representing underwriters and issuers of high yield debt.

Biography	Rahim Shad is a Portfolio Manager for the Invesco Fixed Income High Yield team. Mr. Shad joined Invesco in 2009 as a fixed income research generalist. He joined the high yield team as a research analyst in 2010. Mr. Shad began his career in 2000 as a technology analyst for AIM Investments (the US retail predecessor to Invesco). Mr. Shad earned a BBA degree and an MS in finance from the University of Houston.

Biography	Mr. Nordenfelt joined Invesco in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he was a managing director, senior portfolio manager, and co-head of US high yield at Wells Fargo Asset Management. Before that, Mr. Nordenfelt was a principal and investment strategist at Barclays Global Investors. Prior to that, he was a quantitative analyst at Fidelity Management Trust Co. and, before that, a portfolio manager at Mellon Capital Management. Mr. Nordenfelt earned a BA degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Biography	Stuart Stanley is a Portfolio Manager with the Invesco Fixed Income High Yield team. Mr. Stanley entered the industry in 1989 and joined Invesco in 2005. Previously, he was with AXA Investment Managers as a senior high yield fund manager. He has also held positions with Fisher Francis Trees & Watts (FFTW), Greenwich NatWest and Banque Nationale de Paris (BNP). Mr. Stanley earned a BA degree in international relations and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a CFA charterholder and is fluent in French.

Biography	Scott Roberts is Head of the High Yield team and Senior Portfolio Manager for Invesco Fixed Income. Mr. Roberts joined Invesco in 2000 as a high yield analyst and was promoted to portfolio manager in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he was a high yield analyst and trader with Van Kampen Investment Advisory Corp. Mr. Roberts entered the industry in 1995. Mr. Roberts earned a BBA in finance from the University of Houston. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.

Biography	Joseph Portera serves as Chief Investment Officer, High Yield and Multi Sector Credit with Invesco Fixed Income. He is a member of the Office of the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Invesco in 2012, Mr. Portera spent three years at Hartford Investment Management as a managing director and lead portfolio manager and was a senior member of the Global Fixed Income investment platform at Mackay Shields. He entered the industry in 1981. Mr. Portera earned a BA degree in Soviet studies and an MA degree in international political economy and development from Fordham University.

Biography	Andrew Geryol, Portfolio Manager, who has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2011. From 2002 to 2011, he was employed by Allstate Investments, where he held a high yield analyst position.
Jennifer Hartviksen	Senior Portfolio Manager	2013	2019
Biography	Jennifer Hartviksen is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Global High Yield and Head of Fixed Income, Canada. Over her 24 year career, she has worked in Brazil as a senior analyst at JPMorgan Chase, and a VP at ING Barings LLC; in the United States as a VP of high-yield investments at SunAmerica and a senior high-yield analyst at Western Asset Management; and in Canada as a senior portfolio manager at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and a senior portfolio manager at Fiera Quantum L.P. She joined Invesco in 2013. Ms. Hartviksen earned a BA in economics from the University of Toronto.
