Biography	Robert E. Nightingale is Vice President of Ivy Investment Management Company (IICO). Nightingale joined Waddell & Reed in Mr. Nightingale earned a BS degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, an MS in Urban and Regional Planning and an MS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Biography	Mr. Mengel is senior vice president of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co (WRIMCO) and Ivy Investment Management Co (IICO). Mr. Mengel has been a portfolio manager for, and employee of, WRIMCO since May 1996, other than a leave from December 31, 2008 through June 30, 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Berlin with a degree in Business, Finance and Economics.

Biography	Paul has managed the Artemis Pan-European Absolute Return Fund since launch in July 2014. After graduating in accounting from Queen's University, Belfast in 1995, he worked as an auditor for KPMG. In 1997, he joined Martin Currie as a trainee fund manager, moving to SVM Asset Management four years later. There he was lead manager on its continental and pan-European mandates, and assistant manager of a long-short, pan-European equity fund. In 2005, he joined Henderson Global Investors as director of pan-European equities. Paul joined Artemis in April 2013.

Biography	Stephen Peak joined Henderson in 1992 as the Head of Pan European Equities. Henderson Global Investors merged with Janus Capital Group in May 2017. Previously he had worked at Touche Remnant as Head of Investment, Cornhill Insurance as an Overseas Fund Manager and ADIG Investment in Frankfurt as a Global Equity Fund Manager. Stephen started his career at Norwich Union as an Equity Fund Manager. Stephen now manages Pan European and International funds for Henderson’s US Mutual Fund business.
