Biography | Charles M. Shriver is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is a portfolio manager for several asset allocation portfolios within the Asset Allocation Group. Biography | Ian D. Kelson is the head of T. Rowe Price's global fixed income team, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2000. As part of that role, Mr. Kelson is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price's Non-U.S. Fixed Income Strategy and Global Bond Strategies. He is president of International Fixed Income for T. Rowe Price International Ltd and is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Kelson has 31 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years as the head of fixed income for Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for $50 billion of global fixed income assets.
