Biography Ian D. Kelson is the head of T. Rowe Price's global fixed income team, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2000. As part of that role, Mr. Kelson is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price's Non-U.S. Fixed Income Strategy and Global Bond Strategies. He is president of International Fixed Income for T. Rowe Price International Ltd and is also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Kelson has 31 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 10 years as the head of fixed income for Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for $50 billion of global fixed income assets. He was originally recruited to Morgan Grenfell as a global fixed income portfolio manager in 1985. A graduate of King's College, Cambridge University, Mr. Kelson earned an M.A. in economics. He also has an M.Sc. in econometrics from the London School of Economics.

Biography Brian Rogers is chairman of the Board and chief investment officer of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Biography Mark Vaselkiv is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company. He is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division and head of the Global High Yield team. Mark is a member of both the Fixed Income Steering Committee and the firm's Asset Allocation Committee. Dan also earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a former president of the Baltimore CFA Society.
