Biography Ms. Rubinstein worked at Fidelity in UK Equity research prior to joining Flemings in February 1995. She joined the Global Emerging Markets team where she was responsible for asset allocation, monitoring market performance, indices and benchmarks and researching investment opportunities in global emerging markets, in particular Chile, Argentina and the Andeans. She is currently Assistant Fund Manager, focusing on Israel and sub-Saharan Africa.
