Prior to this Amr was chief investment officer at Fleming CIIC Asset Management and a manager in the corporate finance division of Commercial International Investment Company (CIIC), Egypt. Before CIIC, Amr was a relationship manager in the corporate banking group at Citibank NA and before that was a treasury analyst at Shell Egypt NY (Royal Dutch/Shell).Amr obtained a B.Sc in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University, Egypt and earned and an M.B.A. from the university of Pittsburgh, USA.

Biography	Ms. Rubinstein worked at Fidelity in UK Equity research prior to joining Flemings in February 1995. She joined the Global Emerging Markets team where she was responsible for asset allocation, monitoring market performance, indices and benchmarks and researching investment opportunities in global emerging markets, in particular Chile, Argentina and the Andeans. She is currently Assistant Fund Manager, focusing on Israel and sub-Saharan Africa.
