Biography	Gavin started his career at Old Mutual in as senior actuarial assistant in the Employee Benefits Finance division. Thereafter, he was manager of actuarial product development in the Individual Life division and then later became the investments development manager for Investment Frontiers. In 1999 he left Old Mutual and joined Coronation Fund Managers as an equity analyst covering the financial services sector. In 2001 Gavin formed Kagiso Asset Management (KAM) and was the Chief Executive Officer. Gavin is now the Chief Investment Officer of KAM and an executive director. In 2010 Gavin was appointed as Chairman of Kagiso Collective Investments Limited. Gavin is also an executive director.
