Before that, Thomas worked for Aerion and Lazard Asset Management in a variety of analysis and portfolio management roles. Previous to this he worked at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Analyst. Mark holds a first-class honours degree in Management and Economics and a Masters in Investment and Finance.

Biography	Jack Holmes is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team with responsibility for high yield bonds. He joins us in 2016 from Standard Life Investments, where he was an analyst on the European high yield team, covering a range of sectors, including general industrials, waste and recycling and oil & gas services. Before joining Standard Life Investments in January 2013 Jack worked for Cambridge Econometrics as an assistant economist. He has a first-class honours degree in economics from Trinity College, Dublin.

Biography	David Ennett is Head of High Yield in the Fixed Income team. He joined us in 2016 from Standard Life Investments, where he was head of European high yield and manager of the SLI Higher Income Bond Fund and SLI European High Yield Bond Fund. Before that, David worked for Old Mutual Asset Managers, CIBC World Markets and M&G in a variety of analysis and portfolio management roles. He has a degree in Political Science and Economics from the Australian National University in Canberra, and completed an MBA at Imperial College, London. David is a CFA Charterholder.

Biography	Phil Milburn joined Liontrust in January 2018 from Kames Capital to create the Liontrust Global Fixed Income team with David Roberts and Donald Phillips. Phil is Head of Investment Strategy for the Global Fixed Income team and is co-manager of Liontrust’s Strategic Bond, Absolute Return Bond and High Yield Bond strategies. Phil had spent over 20 years at Kames Capital, launching one of the market’s first strategic bond funds with David Roberts in 2003 and developing a leading high-yield franchise. Phil graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1996 with a first class MA in Economics.

Biography	David Roberts joined Liontrust in January 2018 from Kames Capital to create the Liontrust Global Fixed Income team with Phil Milburn and Donald Phillips. David is Head of the Global Fixed Income team and is co-manager of Liontrust’s Strategic Bond and Absolute Return Bond strategies. David was previously Head of Fixed Income at Kames Capital where he co-managed Strategic Bond and Investment Grade Bond strategies as well as being in charge of overall team strategy and fund management. In a career that started in 1988, David has also worked at Britannia Investment Managers and the Treasury Department at Lloyds Bank. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 1988 with a BA in Economics and Industrial Relations and holds an MSc in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling.

Biography	Claire McGuckin is an investment manager in the fixed income team. As a high yield bond specialist, Claire’s role is recommending credits for funds that allocate to the asset class. She joined Kames Capital in 2012 from L&G Investment Management (LGIM), where she was a portfolio manager. Prior to LGIM, Claire was an analyst at Fidelity and a credit researcher at ABN Amro’s investment banking division. She graduated from University College of North Wales – Bangor in banking, insurance and finance.
