He joined Loomis Sayles in July 2007, and served as a senior equity analyst until July 2014. Throughout most of 2000, he was a research associate covering IT securities at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Previously, he worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a senior fixed-income analyst and for BancBoston Financial Company as a senior credit analyst. Biography Dan Fuss has been with Loomis, Sayles & Company since 1976. He is Vice Chairman of the firm and co-manager on numerous institutional accounts for the fixed-income group. In 2012, Mr. Fuss received the Institutional Investor Money Management Lifetime Achievement Award and the Lipper Excellence in Investing Award. In 2013, Mr. Fuss received the CFA Society of Milwaukee Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2000, he was named to the Fixed Income Analysts Society’s Hall of Fame. Mr. Fuss received his BS and his MBA from Marquette University, and is a CFA® charterholder.

Biography Warren Koontz, Jr., CFA, is a managing director, the head of large cap value equity, and a large cap value portfolio manager. He joined Jennison Associates in September 2014. Prior to joining Jennison, Warren was a portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company for diversified and concentrated value strategies. Prior to joining Loomis, Sayles & Company in 1995, Warren was a senior portfolio manager at Comerica Bank. He also worked for three years as chief investment officer for The Jeffrey Company, a private investment firm. He began his investment career in 1984 at the Public Employees' Retirement System of Ohio as a securities analyst and later became an assistant investment officer. He received a BS in finance and an MBA from The Ohio State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography Ms. Gaffney is a Vice President of Eaton Vance and BMR since October 2012. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2012, she was a vice president and portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Ms. Gaffney began her career at Loomis Sayles in 1984. From 1992 to 2012, she served as Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. From 1988 - 1992 she held served as Vice President and Fixed Income Trader. From 1984 to 1988 she served as a Fixed Income and Equity Trader. Ms. Gaffney holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. She received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has been with the investment industry since 1984.
