Austin has investment experience since 1988. Prior to his current role at JPMorgan, Austin worked as Deputy Head of UK research in the UK market. He has also worked as a Research Analyst covering engineering and finance where his responsibilities included co-managing a mid-cap investment trust and two specialist unit trusts. Austin earned a BA and a PhD in Modern Languages from Cambridge University.

Biography Richard graduated from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy and Economics in 1987. He began his career with Scottish Amicable, before joining Perpetual as a European Fund Manager in 1993. He was responsible for investments in the emerging equity markets of Eastern and Southern Europe until June 1999 when, in addition to these responsibilities, he took over as fund manager for the Latin American Growth Fund.

Divya joined SWIP in June 2006, after heading up the Emerging Markets Investment team at Henderson Global Investors. Earlier, Divya spent over a decade at Henderson Global Investors in London, where he began his career as a quantitative strategist, before managing global-emerging-market and dedicated Indian equity portfolios for eight years. Divya holds a MS in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling, and a joint BS in Computer Science and Accounting from the University of Manchester. Divya speaks fluent Hindi.
