Biography	Paul Moroz is Chief Investment Officer and a director at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 2004. Prior to joining Mawer, Mr. Moroz was employed by Alberta Investment Management and Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. Mr. Moroz is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Mr. Moroz is a member of the CFA Institute and the Calgary CFA Society.

Biography	Jim Hall is Chairman of the Board and the former Chief Investment Officer at Mawer Investment Management Ltd., which he joined in 1997. He is also co-manager of Manulife Global Equity Class, Manulife Global Equity Private Pool, and Manulife Canadian Investment Class. In 2015, Mr. Hall received the prestigious Domestic Equity Fund Manager of the Year award at the Morningstar Awards, an honour he was also the recipient of in 2010. Prior to joining Mawer, Mr. Hall was employed by Wood Gundy Inc. in Vancouver from 1994 to 1997.
