Biography	Portfolio Manager, Moneda Small Caps LatAm. Mr. Olea joined Moneda in 2003, as an investment analyst for the Latin American corporate debt strategy, as Senior Credit Analyst, and Sub Portfolio Manager later on. In this role, he was responsible for the coverage of Latin American fixed income issuers, developing company and trading models as well as having a active role in securities trading. By the end of 2006, Mr. Olea joined the New York operation of Cheyne Capital Management as Senior Credit Analyst for their Latin American Strategy, (AUM USS500 million) investing in both long and short positions in fixed income and equities, being responsible for many investment deals in different Latin American countries and industries. Mr. Olea returned to Moneda in 2008 to manage the investment strategy of the Latin American Small Cap funds. Mr. Olea holds a Master of Business Administrator (MBA) degree from Maryland University – Loyola College, and a business administration degree from the Universidad de Talca Chile.
