Biography	Jan joined Nordea in 2009. Previously he worked as chief portfolio manager on credit portfolios with Danske Capital for 9 years. In between Danske Capital and Danske Bank he had a position as Vice President with Nykredit arranging and participating in acquisition finance, participation in syndicated loans and managing a portfolio of corporate bonds. Biography	Martin Nybye Sørensen began his career in 1995 with a Danish mutual fund company, where he primarily worked with Danish mortgage-backed securities. In 1998, he came to Nordea Investment Management to manage Euro Fixed Income products as a Credit Specialist. Martin covers financial issuers in the bond market and is responsible for the overall credit strategy. Martin holds an MSc. in Business and Finance from the University of Aarhus.
